Shipping and returns
Orders are shipped with GLS preferably within 2 days after receipt of the payment. In the Netherlands your order will be delivered within 1 or 2 days after the package left our warehouse. Please consider longer delivery times in case a product is not in stock. Always contact us for specific information about the delay. All orders receive a tracking number.
The shipping costs are a combination of the handling fees (free) and the rates of the shipping company. You always get to see the total amount. The fees of the carrier depend on the weight and size of your complete order. Two seperate orders can not be combined into one page, for this reason we recommend to place all products in one order, this to prevent double shipping fees. Your order is shipped at your own risk, but all precautions are made to prevent any possible damage.
If you have anything you want to return to us, please, always contact our customer service first, either by e-mail or phone. Don't send anything back without confirmation from our behalf.
We ship to all countries within the European Union, including Russia and Turkey.
